As a rule, if the student is accepted under an employment contract, an urgent employment contract is issued. So it will be easier to part at the end of the practice. The condition about the urgent nature of the employment contract loses force if none of the parties demanded termination of the contract and the employee continues to work (Art. 58 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation).
